Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 lb turkey breast boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the turkey breast by trimming excess fat and seasoning it.
  2. Sear the turkey breast in olive oil until browned on all sides.
  3. Place the browned turkey breast in the crockpot.
  4. Pour the chicken broth around the turkey in the crockpot.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper evenly over the turkey.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Once done, let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice and serve with the cooking juices poured over the turkey.
