Ingredients

  • 4-5 lb turkey breast boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the turkey breast by trimming excess fat and seasoning it.
  • Sear the turkey breast in olive oil until browned on all sides.
  • Place the browned turkey breast in the crockpot.
  • Pour the chicken broth around the turkey in the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper evenly over the turkey.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
