Dredge the bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks in the seasoned flour, then dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
Carefully lower the coated mozzarella sticks into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid crowding.
Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3–4 minutes, then remove and drain on paper towels.
