Slow-Cooked Pepper Steak for Effortless Enjoyment

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds flank steak sliced thinly
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 bell peppers red and green, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch optional
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients by slicing the steak and vegetables.
  2. Layer the sliced steak, onions, and bell peppers in the crock pot.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the beef and vegetables.
  5. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
