  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 pounds)
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over them, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
