Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes to keep the chicken moist.
Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown on top.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
