Simple Four-Ingredient Condensed Milk Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and baking powder.
  3. Gradually add the flour to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
