  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed mixed with 2.5 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender.
  2. Cook the lentils according to package instructions.
  3. Sauté the onions and garlic.
  4. Mix potatoes, lentils, sautéed onions, and remaining ingredients.
  5. Form the mixture into patties.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the patties.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve.
