Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked turkey shredded
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the crescent roll triangles in a circular pattern, overlapping edges slightly to form a ring.
  • Spoon the turkey mixture into the center of the dough ring, spreading it evenly.
  • Fold the points of the dough over the filling toward the center, pinching to seal.
  • Brush the top of the dough with the beaten egg to give it a golden color as it bakes.
