In a large skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until softened.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sautéed onion and garlic, bread crumbs, chopped cranberries, sage, thyme, beaten egg, and broth.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper, adjusting to your taste.
Form the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
Place the formed balls on a lined baking sheet.
Bake the stuffing balls in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
