Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries chopped
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until softened.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sautéed onion and garlic, bread crumbs, chopped cranberries, sage, thyme, beaten egg, and broth.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper, adjusting to your taste.
  • Form the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  • Place the formed balls on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake the stuffing balls in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
