Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • Fresh herbs e.g., basil, oregano, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut the pastry into squares, about 3x3 inches in size.
  • Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce onto the center of each square.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add pepperoni slices, if using.
