Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch of kale washed and chopped
  • 2 medium onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Cook the onions, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown and sweet.
  4. Add the chopped kale to the skillet.
  5. Sprinkle black pepper over the kale and cover for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add balsamic vinegar and toss everything together thoroughly.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving, if necessary.
