- 4 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 2 cups baby potatoes halved
- 1 cup green beans trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt, pepper, and thyme.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the chicken thighs in the skillet, skin-side down, for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
