Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 12 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch optional
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
