- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts and butternut squash.
- Toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and toss.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Assemble the salad with Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, burrata, bacon, walnuts, and feta.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
