Ingredients

  • 200 g block of feta cheese
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 300 g pasta penne or rigatoni
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, feta, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake the mixture for 25-30 minutes or until the tomatoes are bursting and the feta is golden.
  • While the feta and tomatoes are baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and mix the ingredients together.
  • Serve with fresh basil or parsley on top if desired.
