- 200 g block of feta cheese
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 300 g pasta penne or rigatoni
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish optional
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, feta, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Bake the mixture for 25-30 minutes or until the tomatoes are bursting and the feta is golden.
While the feta and tomatoes are baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and mix the ingredients together.
Serve with fresh basil or parsley on top if desired.
