Combine the ground beef mixture with rice, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth in a large bowl.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover, add shredded cheddar cheese, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
