Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crescent roll dough
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Take a piece of crescent roll dough and flatten it out slightly on a clean surface.
  • Scoop a generous tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto the center of the rolled-out dough.
  • Add a small dollop of ranch dressing in the middle of the chicken mixture.
  • Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch to seal completely.
  • Place the bombs on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with additional ranch on the side.
