Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Take a piece of crescent roll dough and flatten it out slightly on a clean surface.
Scoop a generous tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto the center of the rolled-out dough.
Add a small dollop of ranch dressing in the middle of the chicken mixture.
Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch to seal completely.
Place the bombs on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with additional ranch on the side.
