Buffalo Chicken Bombs with Ranch-Stuffed Center made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crescent roll dough
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take a piece of crescent roll dough and flatten it out slightly on a clean surface.
  4. Scoop a generous tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto the center of the rolled-out dough.
  5. Add a small dollop of ranch dressing in the middle of the chicken mixture.
  6. Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch to seal completely.
  7. Place the bombs on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with additional ranch on the side.
