- 3 pounds chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

Season and sear the beef roast.
Sauté onions and garlic in the same pot.
