Method
- Season and sear the beef roast.
- Sauté onions and garlic in the same pot.
- Deglaze the pot with beef broth.
- Return the beef to the pot and add BBQ sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours.
- Shred the beef and mix with remaining juices.
- Toast the buns before serving.
- Assemble the sandwiches and serve warm.
