Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and half of the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Once combined, fold in chopped prosciutto remaining Parmesan cheese.
  • Stuff the mixture into each jalapeño half, pressing it down to ensure it stays in place.
