Ingredients

  • 12 large jalapeños

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds and membranes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, pressing it in firmly.
