- 500 g beef fillet
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- Fresh chili flakes optional
