  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened

  • 1 pound ribeye steak thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the garlic butter by mixing softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise, and spread the garlic butter generously on each half.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion and bell pepper until soft.
  • Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, cooking until browned.
  • Evenly distribute the steak and vegetable mixture over the buttered bread halves.
  • Top the steak mixture with shredded provolone cheese.
  • Place the garlic bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.
