Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium zucchinis sliced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds and set them aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the sliced zucchinis to the mixing bowl and toss until they are well-coated with the cheese mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and gently fold to combine.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
