  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping

Method
 

  1. Prepare the custard base by combining key ingredients.
  2. Cook the custard mixture on medium heat.
  3. Temper the eggs and mix into the custard.
  4. Combine the tempered eggs with the custard and cook further.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Set the custard aside to cool.

  8. Repeat the layers until ingredients are used up.
  9. Finish with whipped cream and additional garnishes.
  10. Chill before serving.
