Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head of cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup of cooked noodles egg noodles or udon
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon of flour for binding
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cabbage and noodles.
  2. Sauté the cabbage.

  5. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let cool.
