- Cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning, cooked rice, black beans, and salsa to the skillet.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Lay out the tortillas and fill them with the beef mixture.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for frying.
- Fry the burritos until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with sour cream and guacamole.
