Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • Sour cream and guacamole for serving

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Add taco seasoning, cooked rice, black beans, and salsa to the skillet.
  • Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
