Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 cups cubed day-old bread
  • 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon crumbled

  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
