Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook your pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pasta with béchamel, garlic powder, and half of the Gruyère cheese.
- Pour the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining Gruyère cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
