Quick and Flavorful Chicken and Green Bean Stir-fry

Tender chicken and crisp green beans come together in a savory stir-fry, offering a delightful blend of flavors and textures ideal for weeknight dining.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cups fresh green beans
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken strips to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, and stir for about 30 seconds.
  5. Incorporate the green beans and stir-fry.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until green beans are tender-crisp.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
