Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 cup bell peppers diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, fish sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the ground chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the diced bell peppers and broccoli florets, cooking for another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring well to combine.
  6. Let the mixture simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve the chicken mixture over cooked brown rice and garnish with sliced green onions.
