Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the breading station: set up three bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and the cornflakes mixed with cheese and seasonings.
  • Season the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in the seasoned flour, shaking off excess.
  • Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs, making sure it's completely coated.
  • Press the chicken into the cornflake and cheese mixture, making sure it adheres well.
  • Place the breaded chicken breasts on a greased baking sheet.
