- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to fit your tart pan.
- Arrange the thinly sliced apples evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle the shredded white cheddar cheese evenly over the apples.
- Drizzle the honey over the apples and cheese.
- Scatter fresh thyme leaves on top of the tart.
- Bake the tart for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is golden and apples are tender.
- Remove the tart from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
