Loaded Bravas Tots with Spicy Aioli Sauce

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces frozen potato tater tots
  • 1 cup arrabbiata sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup aioli store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy, around 20-25 minutes.
  • While the tots are baking, prepare the spicy aioli by combining aioli with smoked paprika in a small bowl; mix until well combined.
  • Once the tots are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the arrabbiata sauce generously over the top.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the tots and return them to the oven for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
  • Serve topped with sour cream, chopped parsley, and the spicy aioli on the side.
