Loaded Bravas Tots with Spicy Aioli Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 24 ounces frozen potato tater tots
  • 1 cup arrabbiata sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup aioli store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy, around 20-25 minutes.
  4. While the tots are baking, prepare the spicy aioli by combining aioli with smoked paprika in a small bowl; mix until well combined.
  5. Once the tots are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the arrabbiata sauce generously over the top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the tots and return them to the oven for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
  8. Serve topped with sour cream, chopped parsley, and the spicy aioli on the side.
