In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
Gently fold in the chopped strawberries until evenly distributed.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 1-2 minutes.
Roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick, then cut it into strips.
Take each strip and roll it up tightly from one end to the other.
Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, leaving space between each one for rising.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Allow the rolls to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
