Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Once chilled, use a melon baller or your hands to form small, bite-sized balls.
Roll each ball in crushed nuts until evenly coated.
Chill the bites again for 15 minutes to set the coating.
Serve with assorted crackers, vegetables, or on their own.
