Ingredients
  

  • 3 cans 16.5 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 cups apples peeled and diced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk for glaze

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a bundt pan by greasing it well.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon to create the coating mixture.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Roll each piece in the sugar-cinnamon mixture until well coated.
  4. Layer the coated dough pieces in the prepared bundt pan, interspersing with the diced apples.
  5. Pour the melted butter evenly over the layered dough and apples.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  8. Whisk together powdered sugar and milk to create a glaze, then drizzle it over the warm monkey bread.
