Add the sliced beef to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
Sauté the beef until browned, about 3-4 minutes, then remove from the skillet.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Return the beef to the skillet and combine with the sauce.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
