  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Chocolate shavings or additional chips for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cookie crust.
  2. Press the cookie mixture into a pan.
  3. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese layer over the crust.
  6. Prepare the chocolate pudding.
  7. Spread the pudding layer over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Top with chocolate chips.
  9. Chill the lasagna.
