Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  • While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Chill the tzatziki in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Once the meatballs are done, allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving them with tzatziki on the side.
