- 2 filet mignon steaks 6 oz each
- 2 lobster tails 4-5 oz each
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Prepare the ingredients.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the steak with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the filet mignon for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Transfer skillet to the oven and cook for 5-7 minutes.
While the steak is in the oven, prepare the lobster.
Cook lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes.
Prepare the garlic sauce in the skillet.
Add minced garlic and lemon juice to the butter.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
