Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon steaks 6 oz each
  • 2 lobster tails 4-5 oz each
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the filet mignon for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer skillet to the oven and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • While the steak is in the oven, prepare the lobster.
  • Cook lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Prepare the garlic sauce in the skillet.
  • Add minced garlic and lemon juice to the butter.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
