Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well blended.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
