Method
 

  1. Prep the ingredients: cut chicken and vegetables.
  2. Make the marinade by whisking soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and honey.
  3. Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  6. Stir in broccoli and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
