Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
- Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
