Method
- Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
- Add the au jus mix and combine gently.
- Slice the butter and place it on top of the chicken.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers and chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken using two forks.
- Stir the sauce and serve.
