- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 5 –6 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
Add the au jus mix and combine gently.
Slice the butter and place it on top of the chicken.
Add the pepperoncini peppers and chicken broth.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Shred the chicken using two forks.
Stir the sauce and serve.
