Ingredients

  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef ribeye or sirloin
  • 2 cups bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup onion sliced
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sliced beef until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  • Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until softened.
