Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce mixture.
Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and olive oil, mixing until the breadcrumbs are well coated. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the cheese layer.
Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped green onions. Serve warm.
