Flavorful Buffalo Chicken Bake for Family Gatherings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce mixture.
  • Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and olive oil, mixing until the breadcrumbs are well coated. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the cheese layer.
  • Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped green onions. Serve warm.
