Festive Cranberry, Camembert & Pistachio Puff Pastry

Cranberry, Camembert & Pistachio Christmas Tree Puff Pastry made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 200 g Camembert cheese softened
  • 150 g cranberry sauce
  • 100 g pistachios chopped
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut the pastry into a tree shape with a sharp knife.
  • Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the pastry shape.
  • Layer the softened Camembert cheese over the cranberry sauce.
  • Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the cheese layer.
  • Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling and seal it with a fork.
  • Brush the top of the pastry with the beaten egg.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  • Let it cool slightly before transferring to a serving platter.
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
