Festive Cranberry, Camembert & Pistachio Puff Pastry
Cranberry, Camembert & Pistachio Christmas Tree Puff Pastry made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.
- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 200 g Camembert cheese softened
- 150 g cranberry sauce
- 100 g pistachios chopped
- 1 egg beaten
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Cut the pastry into a tree shape with a sharp knife.
Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the pastry shape.
Layer the softened Camembert cheese over the cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the cheese layer.
Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling and seal it with a fork.
Brush the top of the pastry with the beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Let it cool slightly before transferring to a serving platter.
Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
