Method
 

  1. Mix flour and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Activate the yeast with warm water.
  3. Combine yeast mixture with flour and mix.
  4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
  6. Shape the dough into a tree on a baking sheet.
  7. Proof the dough again before baking.
  8. Preheat the oven and prepare toppings.
  9. Decorate the dough with toppings.
  10. Bake until golden brown and fragrant.
  11. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
