Burrata Pasta made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.
- 400 g pasta spaghetti or linguine
- 250 g burrata cheese
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 60 ml olive oil
- 200 g cherry tomatoes halved
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet with the garlic and cook until soft.
Combine the drained pasta with the tomato mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
Remove from heat and gently fold in the burrata cheese, allowing it to melt slightly.
Season with salt and pepper, then top with fresh basil before serving.
