Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta spaghetti or linguine
  • 250 g burrata cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet with the garlic and cook until soft.
  • Combine the drained pasta with the tomato mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
  • Remove from heat and gently fold in the burrata cheese, allowing it to melt slightly.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then top with fresh basil before serving.
