  • 3 cups Corn Chex
  • 3 cups Rice Chex
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle seasoning
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all Chex cereals, pretzels, and nuts.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, dill pickle seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the oil mixture over the Chex mixture and stir until all pieces are well-coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  7. After baking, allow the Chex Mix to cool completely before serving or storing.
