Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 4 ripe pears thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the pie crust in a tart pan.
  3. Combine sliced pears with sugar, lemon juice, flour, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  4. Arrange the pear mixture in the tart crust.
  5. Brush the crust with beaten egg.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
  7. Let the tart cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
